Inverness Technologies, Soldiers for Life Transition Assistance Program (SFL-TAP) Support
Persessi, under subcontract to Inverness Technologies, assists in providing all eligible transitioning Soldiers to discover knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to be competitive and successful in the global workforce. Persessi helps Soldiers make informed career decisions through counseling and employment assistance, building upon lessons learned in the Initial and Service phases of the Soldier Life Cycle.
Under the Soldier for Life Transition Assistance Program (SFL-TAP), Persessi supports the career readiness of soldiers through employment workshops, employment assistance counseling, providing career resources, and employment coaching.
